Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, but the lack of windows made it noisy with no hot water. The service, while helpful, seemed a bit unfriendly probably due to a big group checking in with booking issues. The location, though close to the Sheremetyevo Airport, had a beautiful natural landscape but was hard to find the restaurant. The dining experience ranged from very Russian to tasting good, and the service was friendly but occasionally struggled with English communication.
I was pleased with the convenience of the hotel's proximity to the airport and the frequent transfer service. However, the rooms were quite basic and small, lacking functioning Wifi. The dining options were satisfactory, and the service had a mix of forgetfulness and great kindness.
Staying here was quite convenient due to its close proximity to the airport, making it easy for quick transfers. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a nice quiet environment. However, the service was lacking, as staff seemed preoccupied and not very accommodating. The location, although close to the airport, provided easy access for departures. The dining experience was satisfactory with a variety of choices. Overall, the hotel offers decent value for the money.
After about half an hour of searching, I found the hotel to be spacious and clean, much bigger and better shaped than the last time we stayed. The hotel's location close to the airport and the subway station for city connections was convenient, with an excellent in-house restaurant service. However, entering with suitcases was difficult due to the lack of automatic doors in a tight corridor.
The hotel offers a mixed experience, with beautiful luxury rooms but lacking windows in some, potentially problematic for those who are claustrophobic. The service was uneven, with custom omelets being a highlight but also marred by unpleasant interactions. The location, while convenient for airport transfers and stopovers, might feel isolated during peak seasons. The dining options were decent given the price, with room rates already including some meals.
Definitely not a place I would choose to stay again. The rooms without windows and non-working air conditioning in the second part of the hotel were uncomfortable despite being cozy. The service left a lot to be desired, with rude staff and an unpleasant experience at check-out. The location, though close to the airport and convenient for transfers, lacked comfort and space. The dining options were basic, but at least they provided a place to keep belongings after check-out.
